since the name of our shop is 'the claw foot tub'-- you have probably already guessed that we are serious about our bath products. and we are-- we research everything we bring into the shop, and we have tested everything... on ourselves! we have soaps from all over the world-- some made right here in the connecticut river valley, some from other places in the u.s., some from europe and the middle east. we love all the glorious scents-- all natural, plant-derived scents-- of our soaps, and we love the family-based vendors that they come from. and have i mentioned the shower curtains? mmmmm.....
most of the products we sell are hand crafted items, and by nature will vary subtly from pictures and from each other. (we think it adds to the charm of each individual piece.) we ship via usps priority mail, and most orders go out on thursday. shipping is included in the price listed for each item. sorry, at the moment we only allow orders from within the united states. if you are outside of the united states and would like to order, please call and we can negotiate the shipping costs. we currently accept paypal as our payment method- you can still use any major credit card through the paypal service without creating an account, and using paypal helps keep your information secure! if by some chance your order arrives damaged, or any other problems or questions occur, please contact us. |
